Sobha City is Kerala’s first integrated township spread across a sprawling 55 acre land in Thrissur. This urban township brought about a new dimension of luxury lifestyle in Kerala with state-of-the-art facilities like a shopping mall, a 6.5 acre man made lake with jogging track, lakefront villas & apartments, club house, etc. It is developed by Sobha Limited, a real estate tycoon in India. Realizing the potential of digital marketing to reach the overseas audience, the group planned to begin regional marketing activities by leveraging digital media. During Webdura’s association with Sobha Limited, we created effective digital campaigns which helped to generate more leads in a cost-effective manner.
An integrated township being a completely new concept in Kerala, the initial challenge was to make people familiar with it. Also, as it is a premium luxury project they wanted to focus more on NRI customers/investors. We started working with this project to enable lead generation via digital media. Our team focused on the following challenges the project was facing at that time and developed solutions to overcome them.

After undertaking an in-depth research on Sobha City’s existing marketing activities, Webdura was able to narrow down the issues affecting their digital strategy. The overhaul began with the development of various digital ad campaigns with landing pages and relevant CTAs. We launched targeted digital ads which helped to generate more leads from overseas.
