ApnaQ is a virtual queue management application developed with an aim to help the public avoid long queues at various facilities like banks, hospitals, religious centers, salons, etc. Using this mobile app, the users can easily select a facility and join queues virtually to save time and effort. ApnaQ is an innovative solution for business facilities as it lets them manage their customers seamlessly by following social distancing norms. Being a start-up venture, their major challenge was creating brand awareness and popularity among users and facilities alike.
