The client was managing the digital marketing activities with the help of their internal team. However, they could not generate the expected number of leads and the marketing cost was on the higher side. During this time, they were looking for a professional agency to scale up marketing activities for their premium apartment project named Galleria Residences in Chennai. As the project is located in a prime locality near many IT parks, we focused on targeting IT professionals and investors who are looking for potential investment opportunities in Chennai. Our campaigns were launched in multiple online platforms like Google ads, Google search, Google display, Google discovery, etc. We did many trial and error methods in order to find the best performing campaigns that brought the maximum number of leads. Once we zeroed in on the top-performing themes, we launched more ad variations which led to a significant hike in lead numbers. Our team also developed attractive landing pages featuring the right balance of good content and creative design. We were able to achieve the target number of leads within a period of 3 months while maintaining a minimum cost per lead.
