We are looking for tele callers who possess a minimum of 0.5 - 2 years of tele sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to connect with leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with senior decision-makers for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to improve targeting.
  • Meet and exceed targets for lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and our services to address potential client queries.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and improve lead generation quality.
Must- Have Skills
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Sales Telecaller or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand client needs and qualify leads effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead qualification targets.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
