Sr. Performance Marketer (Ecommerce)

We are currently seeking a full-time Sr. Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for e-commerce clients and can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for crafting and implementing PPC strategy for clients.
• Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social.
• Create and Implement ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google AdWords
• Knowledge of International ad spend estimates and how to optimize ad spend.
• Learn the business. Understand services to build effective keyword/campaign strategies.
• Optimize campaigns using various Analytics tools and provide insights to clients and the team.
• Measure and improve key performance indicators such as Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion, Lead Quality, Spend, etc.

Must- Have Skills

• Any graduate with 3-4 years of performance marketing experience
• 3+ Years of Agency Experience
• Creative thinker and problem solver – Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
• Understanding of performance marketing best practices and current trends.
• Data-driven - comfortable using tools like Google Data Studio, MS Excel and able to take data-driven decisions
• Digital marketing agency & e-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience in running PPC campaigns.
• Practical experience in the setup of advertising campaigns in Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
• Excellent written communication skills, strong email etiquette & documentation skills.
• Should be able to work with the international market.
