Achieve and exceed revenue targets set by the organization

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement robust revenue growth plans aligned with the overall business strategy set by the CBO.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strategic Pricing and Packaging: Collaborate with the CBO to develop strategic pricing models and service packaging to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies for informed decision-making
  • Sales Forecasting: Implement effective sales forecasting methodologies to anticipate market demand and resource requirements.
  • Work closely with the finance team to align revenue projections with financial goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and optimization within the sales function.
  • Collaborate with the COO to ensure seamless integration of sales operations with overall business processes.
  • Process Innovation: Lead initiatives to innovate sales processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Ensure agility in responding to market dynamics and evolving business needs.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of sales operations.
  • Implement data-driven insights for continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that enhance the agency's service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Client and Vendor Collaboration: Foster collaboration between clients and vendors to create synergies and value-added services.
  • Ensure that partnerships align with the overall business strategy.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide strategic reports to the CBO on revenue growth initiatives, operational performance, and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with the CBO to adjust strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Must- Have Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, focusing on revenue growth and strategic operations.
  • Proven success in driving revenue and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the digital services landscape.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
