Office Admin

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive with 2 years of experience, to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a keen eye for managing administrative operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office administration and operations.
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams and departments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and administrative processes.
  • Assist in creating a productive and organized work environment.
Required Skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and office administration practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.
  • 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
