Email Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Closely work with all the stakeholders and execute the retention marketing campaigns inclusive of Email and other retention techniques.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaign plan for improving the customer retention rate
• Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI.
• Identify the segment opportunities, trends and threats and share it with the clients to align with the campaign goal

Must- Have Skills

• At least 2 years experience in managing customer journeys, campaigns and automations
• Experience in marketing analytics tools (like Mailchimp / MoEngage / Hubspot / Zoho / Klaviyo etc).
• Proficient in Google analytics
• Understanding of campaign metrics such as ROAS,CVR and CPA
• Able to effectively communicate and manage relationships with clients and partners.
• An experience in E-commerce background is a must.
• An experience in Email Marketing for a D2C brand is preferred.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets / Excel.
