Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for clients, integrating a deep understanding of their brand, industry, and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, etc.) to develop and execute communication plans that align with client expectations.
• Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous skill development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring overall client satisfaction, understanding their business needs, and aligning agency efforts with client goals.
• Effectively delegate tasks and projects to team members, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal resource utilization.
• Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of client communication strategies.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or challenges, maintaining positive and constructive relationships.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients, showcasing the impact of the agency's work and providing insights for improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and project specifications.

Must- Have Skills

• In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
• Ability to understand and articulate clients' business goals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software.
• 5+ years of proven experience in communication management roles within a marketing agency, with a strong emphasis on team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
