Client Account Manager

Kerala, Hyderabad

We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer engagement, project management, and consulting.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
  • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on project performance.
Qualifications & Skill
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer engagement, project management, and consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proficient in using performance marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Prior experience in client management and account leadership is preferred.
