Client Account Manager

We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer engagement, project management, and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
• ● Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
• ● Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• ● Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
• ● Prepare reports on project performance

Must- Have Skills

• ● Minimum of 3-5 years experience in customer engagement, project management, and consulting
• ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• ● Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or advertising
• ● Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• ● Proficient in using performance marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• ● Excellent project management and organizational skills
• ● Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• ● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• ● Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• ● Prior experience in client management and account leadership is preferred.
