Developing B2B marketing and sales strategies aligned with overall business goals

Key Responsibilities
  • ● Strategic Client Acquisition: Develop a strategic marketing plan with a primary focus on acquiring new clients for the marketing agency.
  • ● Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • ● Campaign Management for Client Acquisition: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns specifically designed to attract and acquire new clients.
  • ● Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • ● Client-Centric Messaging: Work closely with the marketing team to craft messaging that resonates with potential clients and communicates the unique value proposition of the agency.
  • ● Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform client acquisition strategies.
  • ● Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales & delivery to align client acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
  • ● ROI Measurement: Implement systems for measuring the return on investment (ROI) of client acquisition campaigns.
Must- Have Skills
  • ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • ● Proven 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on client acquisition.
  • ● Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • ● In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, market trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • ● Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
