Account Manager- Hyderabad


NB: Only prefer candidates native to Hyderabad. Preference to male candidates.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
  • Analyse & report on campaigns to achieve maximum ROI for Fb Ads and Search Ads.
  • Understand the problems with Ad copies as per the customer persona.
  • Deeply understand client's user personas and journeys and recommend full content strategy both for creating brand and sales.
  • Work with the development team to create different events for Youtube/ Display Ads to capture the user journey.
  • Optimize BOF conversion with respect to the inventory.
  • Jointly deliver projects that span PPC and other marketing channels.
  • Create business strategy and oversee execution strategy.
  • Create plans based on Audits.
  • Create Quarter plans and Yearly campaign plans for onboarding.
  • Must be able to interface with APIs or databases to either ingest large amounts of data or run more complex analysis.
  • Understand client's strategic goals, persuade clients to take action and navigate conflict.
  • Manage teams confidently and successfully. Create career plans for the team and structure training.
  • Create personal learning roadmaps and deliver effective training across a range of topics.
  • Build new processes from scratch.
  • Take part in sales meetings and assist the team win over new clients.
  • Create distinctive, effective agency marketing materials that get shared and seen (emails, presentations, conference talks, etc)
Professional Skills
  • Should have solid experience in Client Strategy and Account Management.
  • PPC specialists with relevant experience of a minimum of 4 + years with an understanding of Google AdWords.
  • Hands-on experience on conversion-oriented social media campaigns (on mediums like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc)
  • Google Certified Professional.
  • The knack for implementing new technologies, and automation capabilities that enhance SEM/SMM efforts.
  • Ability to write ad copy and optimize through A/B testing.
  • Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources and making informed decisions to improve the performance of campaigns.
  • Experience in Real Estate will be a plus.
  • Experience in upselling and sales will be an added advantage.
