We are looking for candidates with proven experience (4 years) in account management within a marketing agency.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand clients' business objectives and marketing goals.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies that align with clients' objectives. Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and insights.
Strategic Consulting: Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing best practices and industry trends. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
Budget Management: Develop and manage client budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI. Track and report on budget utilization, making recommendations for optimization
Communication and Reporting: Communicate project. status and updates to clients regularly. Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during campaign execution. Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Must- Have Skills
Proven experience (4 years) in account management within a marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
