Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Follow up with prospective leads and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule site visits, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer records with accuracy.
• Ensure timely follow-ups to enhance customer engagement and support business growth.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
